Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders are dispatched from Belgium via DHL.
Shipping rates:
- Belgium & Netherlands: €10,00
- European Union: €12,50
Once your order has been handed over to DHL, AntiHero Hats is no longer responsible for delays, damage, loss, or any other issues that may occur during transit. Any claims regarding delivery must be directed to DHL directly.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. AntiHero Hats cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
